After subscribing, click "Upload Video" from your dashboard. Select your video file (up to 2GB) and wait for processing to complete.

What video formats are supported?

We support MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV formats. Maximum file size is 2GB.

How long does processing take?

Processing typically takes 5-15 minutes depending on video length and current queue. You'll receive real-time progress updates.

Why did my video fail to process?

Common reasons include: insufficient audio quality, videos without clear beat patterns, corrupted files, or very long videos. Try a different video or contact support for help.

Can I customize the effects?

You get 5 preset variations: Energetic, Chill, Retro, Dramatic, and Clean. Each has different background styles and effect intensities optimized for different moods.

What makes each variation different?

Each variation combines a unique background style (gradient, particles, geometric, noise) with different color schemes and effect intensities that sync to your audio's beat.

How do I manage my subscription?

Visit your Settings page to view subscription details, update payment info, or cancel your subscription.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
