The Service uses artificial intelligence and audio analysis to create beat-synced effects and depth-aware backgrounds for shareable social media content.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must verify your email address to activate your account. We will send important service notifications to this email address.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Required

An active paid subscription is required to upload and process videos. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to process your own videos or videos for which you have obtained necessary rights and permissions.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Resell or redistribute the Service or generated content commercially without rights
  • Upload videos depicting violence, abuse, or non-consensual activities

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to process any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Number of uploads per hour (rate limiting applies)

Our AI-powered processing aims to produce high-quality results but may not be perfect. Results depend on video quality, lighting, audio clarity, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty
